They are really unorganized. . Bad management. . Will not eat there ever again there..
The waiter did nothing but bitch and cry about there being to many people coming in and he said he did know why people came in cause the food wasn't that good .and said there was no waiting at burger king .he said. The same thing to four other people sitting sound us .
Been two times this month. Been great both times. I think I love me some SNS. Josh has been r server both times.
We have eaten here several times both inside and through the drive-thru and so far they have been excellent with their service. The staff have always been cheerful and easy to talk to.

Service was horrible. Had to ask a different waitress to help us. Waited forever for everything.
Other then waiting a bit longer then I like, the atmosphere was amazing and the food was even better!! Will return for sure!!
Horrible service Waited at a table for 15minutes without any service had to go to the register to get help, then had to wait another 10minutes for a waitress to come tell us the fryer was down!!!!
