I should really just stop hoping that it will ever be an adequate experience there, especially when the staff makes it so clear that they absolutely do not care if you enjoy what you're paying for.

The food is overpriced, it doesn't even taste that good and the staff is like clueless and the ones that aren't clueless are rude and suck at what they do. It's so poorly operated!
Was my first experience and will probably be the last. Food is way over priced for what you get and isn’t that great. Not even a “Thank you” from the server. I find that alone disrespectful.
These people like they have such a hard job. We wait for over 10 minutes to get seated, another 10 minutes just to get offered a drink, and I imagine the wait for a simple burger will take at least another half hour. People who work here walk around like they have no idea in which direction they're headed. I have had way too many bad experiences here and I recommended this place to a friend and to have such "wonderful" service just makes me remember why I don't come here. seems there Host and wait staff switch up...have to wait to be seated..they needed a host. Food was ok, decent burgers ok fries. Place was clean, just seemed disorganized. Maybe had some new staff that day. idk. I'd go back

The bacon lovers cheeseburger was delightful N the parm fries was good
Poor Poor Costumer Service tonight. Very disappointed. We waited 45 minutes for our food, that's after waiting to be seated for 20 minutes. The waitress was far from experienced & was very confused when taking orders. Food came out in a Hot Mess. Our 3 year old had to wait longer because they forgot his food. When paying the Manager stood there while we explained our frustrations & walked away saying nothing. I will say that the food was good, everything else was a disaster!!!
