It was a great burger, but the fries were cold, extremely salty and out shakes where runny and not fresh.
Food is good. Service needs an upgrade. Mostly the drive through
Best Burger I have had in a long time, the service was fantastic. She was friendly, prompt and very helpful when I had to adjust order to fit within my diet plan. I would definitely give this place a try if you haven't yet. I know we will be going again!

When we first walked in the women who was supposed to greet us wad rude but our waitress was great.
We sat for 12 minutes waiting to place a drink order. The server arrived and we ordered our drinks and meals at the same time. Another 15 minutes and no drinks. When the table next to us were seated and received their drinks in under 5 minutes, we stood up and left. This would have gotten a pass had it been a busy Friday or Saturday, this would not have been a thing. But 6:45 on a Monday? You don't get a pass.
Glad to see that the service has improved at this particular Steak 'n Shake. Also, I got the Kit Kat Milkshake and it was awesome!!!
The food was great as always. I've been eating at steak and shake is in the Midwest for 50 years and the food is always been great. The service in Greeley was terrible. Worst I've ever seen any steak and shake. Service was very slow in my waitress should not be a waitress. I will of course go back but Cannot recommend the service
First time I ate there wasn't bad I'd go again service was excellent
