Had a birthday meal celebration here for the first time. What a great place. Absolutely beautiful food, brilliant service and good portions. Staff were friendly. 3 courses each for 5 people plus drinks and it was a very good price. They even have a separate vegan/vegetarian menu which was the reason we booked it. Thank you for having something seperate for the people that can't eat meat. Will be back again. Brilliant place

What an absolutely amazing country pub. This venue is such a gem. The staff were very professional, polite and made our visit. The venue is totally how an English country pub should be.
ESCAPE TO THE COUNTRY LITERALLY, we were recommended here by someone and oh so glad we tried it out. We were met by the lovely Sam who showed us our room, we had the Orston room which is on the top floor at the end of the corridor overlooking the open countryside. The room was freshly painted and clean with towels and shower gels etc. A basic double room but overall everything you need from hair dryer to coffee/tea tv free Internet and the views are breathtaking.
