State Farm steals your money and does not give you the correct policy . I piece a policy 2 years ago only to find out that they gave me a different policy than what was requested.
The State Farm home insurance claims department is fraudulent. The roof on my home experienced very clear damage from a strong hail storm. State Farm sent their own "adjuster" to inspect the roof. He noted damage to the small shed shingles and fence, but claimed there was no damage to the main home roof. The shingles on the shed are the exact same shingles on the house. This claim is now in the courts. State Farm is a criminal enterprise and it only exists to rip off customers and make money.
In 2019 I go in a accident where a man rammed me after I had hit him and this company let's this guy collect for the damage he made and then they cancel me as a costumer because I had to many accidents in one year. I will never recommend or use this insurance company ever again

In 2019 I got into a car accident where the guy I hit rammed me repeatedly and they paid his damage to his car after I told them happened and then they cancel my insurance saying that I had to many accidents look it's not my fault for your employees didn't listen I would never recommend this insurance company ot any one would only recommend to drop this insurance company
Completely Horrible insurance company. It has taken 4 months for me to get a claim and Move forward and now they tell me I need a photo of the vin number after the 4 months of phone calls. Kelly ******is a horrendous and rude disrespectful employ also. Works customer service

Claims handling is horrendous! Not your Fault? You'll still pay for it! My car was parked when hit by their insured. Had to leave my car ar a body shop so their adjuster could inspect it. They would not reimburse me for Loss of use for the day I had to leave it at the shop. They said they would only pay me Loss of Use for the number of hours it takes to repair the car. I have had State Farm for all my insurance needs for 20 years. I recently filed a claim on my house for storm damage on May 8th. Everything was going great till I had to have their preferred roofer come out to do an inspection. Some how after their inspection and telling us that our roof had 2 layers and had to be replaced NOT repaired that thing went horribly wrong. I did not even want to give them one star.And I noticed they don’t have good reviews on Better Business Bureau website nobody wanted to give them one star that I read cell check it out for yourself and I do not recommend anyone doing business with this insurance company.
