had tickets in my check out for garth brooks put my info in and was sent back to a virtual waiting room!
What a joke. Waiting in the waiting room well in advance, HAD TICKETS in my cart with plenty of time, got to payment info and the page crashed and I lost the tickets. I have waited almost my entire life for this and YOUR SITE RUINED IT!!!!
I had Garth tickets in my cart 3 times and every time it kicked me out so now I have no tickets... Not happy.
U of I Ticket sales site (Spectra by Comast) is a joke! I selected my tickets and got to the checkout, after entering my payment information I got a message there were no tickets in my cart!!!!!! I could not get back in after that. I am not a violent person but if I could, I would spike you with my high heel and punch you in the nuts!
Pretty disappointed! I logged in to the web site last night. Created my account, had everything set up and waiting. I tried logging in through three different web services and even tried calling. I never left the waiting room and now the site is telling me that BOTH shows are already sold out.
Would give ZERO stars if possible! Finally someone has proven that it is possible to handle ticket sales worse than Ticketmaster… Simply an amazing Phil for the university of Illinois.
My goddaughter s first time being there and they loved it
The Florida Georgia Line concert and line up was Awesome. The facility needs concessions IMPROVEMENTS! Adult drinks were WARM, food was COLD. Ran out of items (Cold nacho cheese) at 7:45. Seating was a literal Pain for a female 5'8"... Sitting on persons in adjoining seats... Absolutely NO leg room. Will not return until seating changes.
