The upper level seats are way too small, it's ridiculous. Also, our row of seats was completely blocked on one side by railing, never seen anything like it. It would be very dangerous in an emergency situation.
My Christmas present from my mom was tickets to see Casting Crowns, Danny Gokey, and Unspoken Concert, my first concert. We got tickets in section 101 and we're about 6 rows from the stage. I LOVED the concert and venue. It was such a great atmosphere. We even stood in line for autographs after the concert and got pictures with Danny Gokey. What a beautiful show it was. With 1930's music and ohhh the dancing and live orchestra. Next one in April is Pippen ,looking forward to that one.
We recently purchased tickets to the Garth Brooks concert. We had tickets in the cart and entered our credit card information. The system sent back an error and said we needed to try again. We tried again and were successful. Today, we saw a charge on the credit card for twice as many tickets as we purchased. We called State Farm Center to let them know of the error, and they refuse to refund the tickets, even though we have a screen shot of the error telling us to try again. Ridiculous!!!!
Still waiting to buy Garth Brooks tickets....2 different devices....been stuck in the waiting room for over an hour- gonna give up and go somewhere else soon!
There ticket buying process sucks! Just tried for hours to get in and got shitty tickets. I even logged on hours before ticket would go on sale and waited and Waited so I would be ready and I am not happy with the shitty tickets I got!
Very nice place to watch basketball. No bad seat in the arena.
Best place to watch a basketball game! Seats where great and the view was good from anywhere, food was ok or it would be 5 stars!
