The general seating is so uncomfortable, we won't attend anything there ever. Our only option is to purchase handicap seating. The new seats are tiny, narrow, and if you are 6ft tall or more just count on amputating your legs. I'm not a small man but two weeks ago we went to Aurora, IL and watched a concert in a very beautiful old art deco theater with its original seats and was comfy. Funny how people were smaller 100 years ago but we still fit in those seats but seats that were just installed in State Farm Center one year ... read more
I feel prices for food very expensive $4 for pop?????
Easy venue for parking, and easy to get in and out of the building.
They spent all the money remodeling and those are the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. The staff was great!!
I was there for WWE last night and it was amazing. The staff was helpful except for the guy who gave us the wrong information about how to get to our seats. Other than that no Issues
First time back since the renovation. What a building! Went to see WWE Live and the LEDs lighting the dome all the various colors was incredible. The atmosphere was so much better than it was prior to the renovation, almost felt like a different building all together. All the staff my 5yr old daughter and I encountered were great as well!
