Always a good time watching Illinois basketball with friends and family
Just seen this message on FB so guess the ticket ordering process is not set up correct. " I ended up with 15 tickets, 3 sets of 5. Not by choice ether. That's a lot of money to put on my credit card all at once. Luckily I had friends who wanted tickets and I was able to sell them because I can't get thru to anyone on the phone or by email."
Had Garth tickets in cart and system froze up. The countdown clock didn't freeze and counted down to 1 second, I then received error message and kicked back in virtual waiting room. State Farm Center may not have been the ones "handeling" sales however their name is forever associated with this mess. Not sure I will even try for tickets if the start selling again.
Lines way to long outside to purchase tickets. Very unorganized. Should have signs where to park for events. Rest rooms were run down and dirty. Didnt feel safe with the 80 year old over weight security guards. Chairs are very uncomfortable. This place is old and needs to be updated. Will never return here again.
I had four tickets in the Front row in my cart and the system locked up.... bush league
You took out so many seats and the new seats you put in are way to small. And stop with the light show before the illini game. Just play the war chant like they used to do!!! I miss the Assembly Hall
Tried to order tickets for the Garth show. Got in the waiting room at 9:15 am and never even got in to try to order tickets. Your system for ordering tickets is a joke.
Horrible ticket buying. Server crashed after we had tickets in the cart and we lost them. Next time let ticketmaster handle ticket sales.
