I'm a keen rock climber/boulder and train with weights and use calisthenics often feeling sore the day after training,I had an hrs massage session for the first time a couple of weeks ago and can definitely say I noticed a big difference a couple of days later ! feeling looser (increased range of movement)and slightly improved quality of training sessions.I will definitely continue having upper body massages.
Such a lovely place to come get a massage. So relaxing and comfortable throughout.

I went to Kelly for a pregnancy massage after finding her via a google search. Booked and paid for the session online really easily. Confirmation email and reminders came through, brilliant. Arrived and was shown to the garden room where it was lovely, warm and welcoming. Kelly was brilliant, extremely down to earth, made me feel comfortable straight away. Massage was amazing!
