Terrible experience! We booked the boat for 4 hours, but the crew ended the trip 45 minutes early. Both crew members were extremely rude and even started washing the deck while we were still fishing. When we asked about the lost time, they arrogantly told us to “book somewhere else next time.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.
Don't normally leave reviews but we booked a last minute trip as hubby as always wanted to do a puffin island boat trip, we've been on several of boat trips throughout North Wales over the years but never to puffin island, I am not a sea lover myself but thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we are looking to book the fishing trip next year
Great trip, would thoroughly recommend. Inclement weather looked like it may cancel the trip but they managed to move trips around and make sure it could still happen.. great communication and organisation. Don't hesitate to book!
We booked the Puffin Island trip - easy to do on line and checking in at the pier was a proper laugh with the chap verifying the tickets - really welcoming! Great commentary on board, good humour from Olly and Ed, and the boat was clean, tidy and comfortable. Great prices - we would highly recommend.
