Swimming lessons are great but the comms are confusing and incorrect. For example, the email confirmation says that the lessons are at a different school to where it is, and the sign that indicates that the hydro pool is there, has a hedge over grown in front of it. Also, a kit list would be helpful as I wasn't aware that a swim hat would be needed, and there was no one at the reception to ask when we arrived
This is a great place for hydrotherapy. I take a client with me, and she loves it. However, our session time has changed from Monday lunchtime to Wednesday evening, which was not good. I've emailed management as has my clients partner and my company, but we have had no reply, which we all thought was very rude and inconsiderate, with a don't care attitude.
