Never went back to this outlet for years. Was ordering a drink and the staff asked if I wanted whip cream with that or not. I said I do. He looks at me up and down, gives me the "you should go without it" and taps onto the machine. Is that how your staff are suppose to behave? I felt so insecure and disgusted, I felt so horrible ever since. That male staff was rude, uncalled for, and unprofessional.
Its a crowded place to get your coffee for sure. I had a female server that was very helpful, she dropped my coffee at one point but i held her at no fault. I said its okay, Ill be happy to take that one. She redone it saying she felt bad. No harm done, Place is fine
They don’t have equal and I have visited twice in the same week how can they not keep it in stock
