A huge shout-out to Sasha(?) and the barista team! Sasha was an absolute gem, super friendly, and didn't even bat an eye at my truly silly questions about the merchandize and products on showcase. She was so wonderfully friendly, effortlessly batting away my "million and one" questions. Frankly, I'm pretty sure she didn't even know if I was going to buy a single thing. Anyway, this friendly bunch is why it's always my go-to spot for a quick coffee fix!
I’ve been receiving excellent service from this Starbucks outlet that I patronise regularly on weekends especially attending to my special requests and I’m particularly grateful to Ms Sasha who has always been very patient and helpful to attend to me for quite a number of years now. Thank you so much Sasha for your kindness and excellent service! Also worth mentioning is Jayden, part time barista, who would go the extra mile to help me whenever he’s on duty. Thank you very much for your great service too
The beverages here have been consistent, just like at other Starbucks outlets. The staff are nice and approachable, as always, across all outlets. It was my first time trying their Mango Passionfruit Cheesecake, and it was decent. I’ve been here a few times, and currently part of the building is undergoing construction. Because of that, there may occasionally be a strong paint smell. The environment also might not feel as cool since the café is located in an open space within an office lobby.
I would like to extend my sincere commendation for the consistently high standard of service at this Starbucks, with particular praise for Sasha.
