The drink received is poor standard and is different from other branch. There is almost no pink foam on top of my drink. The staff is unsure how to prepare it and the other staff is combing his hair openly at the preparation area. Please do a full refund. I am so disappointed and angry, your drink belong to the trash bin. I am not going to drink it. I am also unable to submit Starbucks feedback form to you many times.
I ordered from Starbucks and the experience was a bit mixed. The drink tasted more milky than expected, which affected the overall flavour. I had also specifically ordered without ice, but the drink was served with ice instead. Went back to inform the staff, and to their credit, they apologised and promptly remade the drink. Service recovery was good and staff were polite. Overall, some inconsistency in the order, but appreciate the effort to fix the mistake.
