I go in and order a iced oat vanilla blonde latte, my name gets called and it is a hot latte, I mention it and they offer to remake it. They remake it for me so I take the iced latte and get into my train only to find out it still was made completely wrong, it wasn't blonde roast, not oat or had syrup in it, I paid for the extras and didn't even get them. Absolutely ridiculous to get it wrong multiple times when it wasn't even busy.
Great place nice coffee
