Bad experience this morning. The service very bad
Harrison & Rachel always very helpful as a weekly punter, they remember my name which makes a huge difference especially on a Monday.
Went in today after doing my theory test and Harrison served me after failing my test a happy face to see was just what I needed, her customer service was excellent and also had a smile on her face, Maisie also had excellent customer service an also had a smile on her face
Stopped by Starbucks today and just wanted to say a big thank you to Harrison and Maisie. They were both so friendly and welcoming and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. My coffee was spot on the service was quick and they made the whole visit really pleasant. It's little interactions like this that keep me coming back. Thanks again. You both deserve 5 stars!
One worse starbucks I been 2 young girls when I went in yesterday to order a mocha, hardly spoke to me not even hello I got what do you want , order my drink paid for it then was told you can have you loyalty points here wouldn't be going in again
