I had a very unpleasant experience at Starbucks today (08/04/2026 around 3pm), and I would like to highlight the behavior of one female staff member at the counter. My friend wanted to use the vouchers given by Starbucks. However, the staff member refused to let us use two vouchers on the same day, stating that even if we made separate transactions, it was not allowed. Ordered a breakfast set and a tiramisu in the morning. All items very fresh!! Was served very well by a cheery staff named Hans. He was very considerate and helpful. Advised me to claim the free cake with drink purchase (birthday month as Starbucks member) for a separate order and not to forget it before the month ended. Very kindly and always with a smile. Thanks for making my Tuesday terrific despite the slight dampening showers earlier in the day. Starbucks surely warmed me up fully!! A great experience 🤗
Came in with my friend and stood by the counter. The black faced aunty (manager) was standing at the counter looking and didn’t ask if I wanted to order. Instead decided to ask the next group behind me to order. She said I didn’t queue up. We were literally the only group there at first. They should really reconsider who they put on the front counter of a high tourist area.
