RecommendedI am a healthcare worker (ARNP) currently residing in Guam relocating to Saipan during this pandemic for my new job! There have been several emergency decelerations from both Guam and CNMI changing the ability of flights going in and out of the CNMI. Called 8 times today to only transfer or given numbers that none even don’t know or maybe ignored what I’m trying to ask. Ask to charter planes to Guam for at least 3 times but none had even return a call! 😡???
very very poor customer service . . lack of communication and training . once is a mistake twice is chance but 3x is just ridiculous . they always mess up on cargo . lucky they are the only air service we have so kinda no choice 🤷♀️
Today we had a pleasant flight from Saipan to Tinian and back. We would like to thank the company for taking our reservation in advance some monthes ago via messanger. Very reliable: good job!!!
guam to saipan was $150 I went to the guam airport office and asked when the next flight was, they said in 5 minutes from now, I paid and flew 5 minutes later.
