The staff members follow you around the shop. Little Indian lady, kept just staring at me. Which I found very annoying. I was there to exchange some items which were given in error. She clearly saw that yet kept just getting paranoid. I am not a thief. The experience put me off and I won't be going back to this shop. Customer service 101 make your customers feel comfortable not harassed.
