Terrible customer service, asked the lady at the counter which oil is better, she goes both are good, get which ever you want. Owner needs to have a word with his staff and give training on how to sell products, its obvious they have no idea what the product is or what its used for. Sorry but wont be shopping with this store again.
The staff members follow you around the shop. Little Indian lady, kept just staring at me. Which I found very annoying. I was there to exchange some items which were given in error. She clearly saw that yet kept just getting paranoid. I am not a thief. The experience put me off and I won't be going back to this shop. Customer service 101 make your customers feel comfortable not harassed.
