Great work and very friendly customer service
I had Stanley Steemer clean my carpet, sofa and loveset. They did a good job on all.
We had 3 rooms cleaned yesterday and 3 rooms cleaned right before Easter. The gentlemen (CJ and two different support staff) were very courteous and friendly and did a great job as there's only so much that can be done for older carpet. It might have been slightly less expensive to rent a cleaner and do it myself, but they came and cleaned the carpet in about 45 minutes and I didn't have to lift a hand. Well worth the money. Thanks.
Very professional job and we were pleased.
I was very disappointed in the fact I was told that my carpet would be damp to the touch when in fact it was left very wet. The gentleman was very professional and courteous. I just didn't feel that my carpets looked any cleaner than when I rented a carpet cleaner and as I said my carpets were so wet that I thought I would never get them dry.
Jason & Quentin were absolutely amazing, our tile looks as if it is brand new, all carpets are cleaner than when others have cleaned them, could not be more impressed by their thoroughness & professionalism! Fabulous job! Stanley Steemer Carmel!

I’m so frustrated Stanley Steemer came out last week to clean my carpets. Whatever they did caused a terrible smell on my new carpet. They have come out 2 more times and still terrible - the second crew mentioned the first crew did something wrong. I was supposed to meet with a manager today before 1:00. I adjusted my day so I could be here to wait on them for the 4th time. No one showed up. I can’t get any answers, they claim they can’t escalate it if the manage isn’t handling it. 😡
