We had a very good experience with Stanley Steemer when another company left us high and dry before Thanksgiving. They scheduled for the same day and didn't try to pressure us into upselling services like the other company did. We had 2 technicians that were very courteous and they prespotted and put blocks under the furniture when they were done. I had a cleaning of my carpet. I paid extra to have pet odor removed. They came out a second time and it is still there. They were in and out within minutes the second time. Carpet is less than a year old I have paid for protector and it doesn’t work.
Very courteous and helpful technician. Did all that was expected and more. Signed up for another year.
Had Stanley Steemer out to clean our carpet prior to Thanksgiving. I didn't think our old carpet could possibly get very clean at all, but my husband said to give it a try. I was flabbergasted at the results. There were a lot of tiny spots by the door from the garage and in our hallway. I don't know what they were from, but probably just from our dirty and wet shoes. I am giving one star only because I couldn't give zero. I scheduled to have my sofa and one chair cleaned. While cleaning the frame of the coach, The Thomasville sticker on the inside of the sofa started to bleed due to the cleaning solvents. The technician then dragged a cushion through the wet ink. My cushion now how two blobs of blue ink on it. I have called twice asking to speak to the supervisor. He isn't taking my calls or calling me back. The first time I had my carpet done with this company it was phenomenal. Good deal, great service. Efron is indeed the man to ask for. This time however, while I asked for the deodorizer I was left with a horrid stench that I can't even describe. The gentleman that helped me also seemed to only have sign something saying he did $130 worth of work though he charged me $250.
