Very pleased with service to clean my upholstered chair and sofa. There was a question about whether the chair could be cleaned safely with steam (or water-based product), but we found the label, and the steam cleaning made the chair look great--also addressing a pet allergy issue. David and his coworker did a great job. Hope to plan for carpet cleaning sometime soon.
