They have terrible service.
We have a BIG English Mastiff, a German Shepherd, 2 cats, and 2 guinea pigs who live in our home. This is the second time in a year we have had a great experience with the cleaning. We have cream/tan carpe. The Tech was courteous, professional, and proficient. We had it done on Thursday, and a party with 150+ people on Saturday. Many were curious about how we keep our carpet so clean (and no pet odor) with all the kids and animals (7 people living here)? We said "STANLEY STEEMER" of course! Great job! Happy Campers here!
The two men were professional and very nice. Shook our hand and introduced themselves. They did an excellent job on the carpet and we plan to schedule them back to do the upstairs. The carpets look amazingly clean and they are 11 years old. Great job!!!

The service was absolutely wonderful. They called when they said to let me know they were on their way. Two wonderful gentleman show up named Jaylon and Alex who were very professional and attentive to my needs. They even recommended other services and got the job done very quickly. I would highly recommend them. They are very affordable and easy to schedule with. They followed up along the way to confirm and remind me of my upcoming appointment. The receipt was already emailed upon leaving. Wow!!!
I would Never recommend Stanley Steemer or utilize this company in the future. We have had our carpets cleaned Once and we were not satisfied. We purchased the 1 year so called clean guarantee. The customer service is laughable and non existent.
Kevin Davis came and did my main floor today, along with two staircases. He was friendly, hardworking, and efficient. He went over any spot I thought might come cleaner. What a fine young man. And I love Stanley Steemers' trucks! They pull the dirt right out of my carpets and into the back of their trucks. I have used this company for 20 years!
