RecommendedWe had Stanley Steemer come to clean out ducts and dryer vent. The appointment was scheduled for between 11:00am and 4:00pm and we were told it would take 2-2 1/2 hours. The crew showed up at 11:02am, was finished at 12:20pm and did a great job, very professional.

Waiting to hear from management Monday or Tuesday...the technicians we're running behind so they were an hour late. Something we can live with. Had I known that meant they would then rush through the cleaning tearing up every corner of my home they came into contact with I would have told them to not come. They did not use one corner guard which caused the corners in our not even 2 year old home to get torn up, black marks on the walls, actual pieces of the wood baseboards ripped off. Requested two rooms and the stairs to be cleaned. I had to pay for an extra room because the great room was 20 square feet over the maximum size. We moved all of the furniture (except the bed). Technician was done in an hour. I was told the carpet would dry in 8-12 hours. Carpets were cleaned on Saturday. The stairs and bedroom carpet still wet on Sunday evening. They came back on Monday to suck up the dirty water that was left behind. Carpet looks worse than before they were cleaned. I will never use again. Very disappointe... read more
