Great carpet cleaning with very professional & courteous technicians!
They were on time, very professional and did a great job.
We used them to "clean and polish" our hardwood floors. They were not in our home for long (maybe one hour) and charged us $390. Upon inspection after they left, I discovered a couple of spots that appeared to have not been touched at all. I am sick and tired of having service people who think it is okay to do sub-par work. I will not use them again.
Stanley crew was here on the 11/29/18 The carpet still stinks where our dog had an accident by the TV. She had another one yesterday so we borrowed a friends Bissell. I could not believe the amount of dirt and stuff that it picked up. The water was brown! It seems that all the crew did was vacuum and moisten the rugs. $149 was Not money well spent. 👎 :-(
Well after reading several negative responses I guess my good experience was an exception! The two man team arrived on time. I had vacuumed the areas I wanted cleaned. They carefully placed corner protectors on my furniture, placed wet floor signs on areas that needed them and explained the process being used. They would confer with me as to my satisfaction three times. I was so pleased that I gave them a tip. Yes, I would use Stanley again in the future.
Train you technicians to work with the customer and to respect there furniture. Also, to have bumper pads to protect the customers wall corners.
I had my carpet cleaned a few days ago and there is no difference in appearance from before the cleaning - absolutely no improvement. Was there any cleaning solution used at all?? I spent $170 for nothing. Further, I was informed that I would receive a receipt via email. I've never received it. I will never use Stanley Steemer again. How does a major company like Stanley Steemer stay in business putting out work like this??? My friend in Florida says Stanley Steemer does a good job for her. Why did I get such poor results?
Curtis was very helpful and kind. They did a good job on all the carpets. I am pleased with Stanley Steamer.
