I was very satisfied with the cleaning people and the great job they did on my old carpeting.....Young men were extremely professional and even cleaned over an area that was a problem. I would use them again as I have in the past.

Stop up selling and when you advertise a special, such as clean 3 rooms, get the 4th for free, then stick with it instead of changing prices. I've been a loyal customer for years and, after my carpet cleaning this week, I am no longer a customer.
I would never use them again I hired them to get pet urine smell out of carpet and because I didn't ask if it was guaranteed to work or not they will not refund my money back my carpet was only 6 months old and I have my own carpet cleaner I hired them to sanitize and disinfect to get rid of the smell. Do not use them! They even listened to my recorded booking conversation were I specifically stated what I needed and their line was I didn't ask if it was guaranteed to work or not! Horrible customer service. Was supposed to have service from 9-12 and at 12:10 still no show. Keep in mind I scheduled this way in advance for the Easter holiday and new furniture being delivered. When I do call I get the run around from the rep answering the phone. No managers are available. How is that possible on a working day for a business? She says she can move it to later in the day which doesn't work. If I want a refund I have to wait until Monday to talk to someone then. Then I get a call from the driver who is on h... read more
