Just had our ducts cleaned by Jesus and Noah. Two of the most hard working and very courteous techs. Very respectful of our home and furnishings. Highly recommend this team and will definitely use Stanley Steemer in the future.
Signed up for the 3 cleanings deal. Was told before first appointment that technicians would move my furniture. I've had 2 of the cleanings done and my furniture hasn't ever been moved.
This was the second time I had Stanley Steamer out to my home. My biggest complaint is that they showed up about 12 minutes to twelve o'clock, which was the end of my 3 hour window. So I spent half of my day doing nothing while waiting for them. My dinning room carpet looks great. But I think the white carpet in the family room looks worse now. sloppy work/baseboards gouged in several spots (i needed to repaint) . left my hose out and the sprayer laying in the middle of the yard. carpet is left very wet. very pushy with up-selling. i contacted SS because it was a good deal for the 4 rooms, hallway and stairs. i was dumb enough to fall for the deodorizer & scotch guard. so rather than $200 my bill was now over $400. Nothing spectacular, probably could have done just as good with my Bissell. Figured I'd get it done professionally because new grandson is coming to visit.
I had my carpet cleaned last Friday by the same crew that had previously done it. They did an excellent job. Carpet looks great and it was under 2 hrs.
They did a very good job on my carpet---which was very dirty!! I bought the 3 more cleanings in 18 months---and then was told by the person on the phone (when I scheduled my 1st cleaning in 6 months) that it was good for a year. The guys at my house said it was for a year but would be extended out to 18 months, so you could have a cleaning every 6 months. I certainly hope that is true!!!!
You guys have been coming to my home several times a year for 10 years now. The quality of cleaning has definitely declined. When checking out the cleaning done last Friday I asked that they go over an area in the dining room again. They did but now that it's dry, there is a line where it wasn't cleaned at all. I might have to start checking out other services.
Even tho my carpets came out good, I can only give a 2 Star rating to Stanley Steemer. I thought the price was outrageous and very mis leading. It was my choice to deodorize the finished product, but for $90, I could of sprayed febreeze on just as well. The men were very nice and thorough, which is the only thing I like about the company. WIll not use again, or recommend.
