I was very disappointed with the service. It was a one man crew. He was done faster than the two men crew they have sent in the past. I do not feel my carpets are much cleaner either. I paid for a package and have 2 cleanings left. If the service doesn’t improve I will switch companies

Very unhappy with the last service. Bought a maintenance package for $374 (4 cleanings of two areas). Was not properly explained what two areas that would be. Then ordered a cleaning for Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. window. The crew arrived after 3 p.m. to tell me they don't have a proper equipment with them (???). rescheduled for Monday, for 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. window. Took time off work Monday and waited for them. Just had my carpets cleaned and was ripped off. The techs never moved my couches, basically paid for half a carpet to be cleaned. I called to get at least a partial refund and they refused. I took the entire morning off to have this done, horrible service.
