I appreciate S.S. coming out 2x to ensure my sofas were clean and rid of pet order. Isaiah was my representative, he was amazing, and professional each time.
Professional, competent, friendly. They could not adequately remove dirt from a room with white Berber rug, but we doubted it could be cleaned satisfactorily. The rest of the white Berber looked great. They took a rug away, and we presume we will soon hear back from them. We did sign up for extra program. Good two man crew.

The technician did a phenomenonial job in getting our carpet cleaned and smelling fresh!
We were given a THREE hour ARRIVAL window for our cleaning. This seems like a long window to know when some cleaners will arrive. We then got a call late morning that they were running late, so the original 9-noon window would actually be between noon and one. After taking the day off work to accomodate this cleaning window, we decided to head out for an early lunch and be back by noon. Had a great experience. The guys who came out where awesome! Got the job done quickly and my carpets look Great! They got stains out I couldn't with my Bissell. Definitely will be using in the future.
I had two of the nicest gentleman. They did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They even received an upsell from me deodorizing the carpet. I will definetly request them for my next cleaning!!
Customer service did not meet my expectations. I had an appointment no call no show when I called coporate they said they would have a manager call me. No call... I set up another appointment and was happy with the cleaning. I did buy a year long plan hoping they will be better about showing up. The service man who showed up looked at my concerns and addressed them well. The carpet did dry in twelve hours as stated, I do still have a few odors and it's been a week. Overall relatively happy.
I am disappointed that the sofa and chairs did not get cleaner. Some stains still remain. I don't know if I will use Stanley Steamer in the future.
