A reasonable job. The couch looks wonderful. I'm not so sure about the chairs. I wish I had pointed out the spots. They tried still remain. Tried to sell me additional services. I had the feeling they were "on the clock." Too hurried to do a careful job.

The crew did a good job of cleaning our carpet. They moved the furniture around to get as much of the room cleaned as possible.

The carpet came out like new. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer.

The service does a decent job of cleaning the carpet but the guys spent more time trying to sell other services than they did doing the job they were hired to do. every year the cost goes up and the quality goes down. This is probably the last time I will use Stanley Steemer.

I should have looked at the reviews. They came in to clean my hardwood floors. I have them space to let them accomplish the mission. Came back inside to find that, at least to me, they were not cleaned at all. I even have photo evidence that it wasn’t cleaned. When brought up to the gentlemen who came, the one just stared at me blankly, and the other, as I was wiping spots off the floor showing him they were not cleaned, he said he didn’t see anything and couldn’t understand why I was so mad.
