RecommendedI had another gentleman Louis come he wasn’t the regular crew who is supposed to come out of Palatine. But he said we help each other. He was kind he was attentive he went above and beyond I recommend the service the carpeting looks great

We have used this location the last three times now and have never been disappointed. Staff is always courteous, informative and thorough. Jose and his partner came the last two times and Francisco came alone this time. All very professional and our couch and sectionals look brand new. Last time we had an area rug removed and cleaned in their facility and it came out so well, that we had the same thing done this time with a different area rug. Highly recommend them.

We got a dog and cat showed her displeasure by peeing on the carpet (a lot). The Stanley Steamer tech was very helpful and straightforward. He was able to get the smell and stain out. I’d highly recommend

I originally booked on line for 4 rooms with an estimate of $319. Technicians got here and said “No mam you only have 3 inclusive of stairs. So we can add deodorizer and price would be same as 4 rooms. Well they send the invoice after they leave to your email and I was charged for 4 rooms PLUS the deodorizer for $440 Called the office and they said technician said invoice is correct. So please get your invoice before they leave.. Would not recommend due to dishonesty
I used another company 2 yrs ago and I was unsatisfied with their cleaning. Stanley Steamer is well known and I am pleased I decided to choose them. They were professional, courteous had masks on through out the process even wore gloves keeping standards of COVID-19 safe for the homeowner. They did a great job of cleaning the areas that are frequently walked on. I could see the difference, they moved some of the furniture so the whole carpeting could be clean. Very pleased and satisfied with this experience.
