I had the 2 hour beginners class this morning, having never done anything like this before, and it was perfect! Calm, easy going, with some great tips. I was surprised how much improvement there was by the end of the session. Small groups too, I was lucky and essentially had a 1:2:1 with Ana. Thoroughly recommend.

As a first timer, Ana made the experience super relaxed and fun. It is the first time in about five years my mind has quietened as I took in the beautiful scenery and enjoyed the relative calm (until I fell in!) Thanks Ana for a great first session, I will be bringing my entire family back to you soon.

Lovely first experience with paddleboarding. Felt so comfortable and zero rushed, adapting the session 100 per cent for me. I did even stand up! Definitely Ana is the one to guide you in this beautiful activity.

My sister and I had a fabulous time today on the Medway with Veronika, one of Ana’s coaches, as Ana was leading one of her paddle holidays which I’m keen to try as well. We had expert tuition about river safety and great tips on how to navigate the river in different conditions. It was a lovely introduction and something I definitely want to take up! Thank you Ana and hope to see you soon!
