It’s very good to use
Brilliant gym, old school in the best way and incredible staff.
I have been a member of this gym for over a year now and as a female we are obviously the minority (for now). However, don't let this put you off. the members are all polite and friendly (and funny too). its an old school place with basic but very good equipment (and music). the staff are always on hand to spot/discuss technique and nobody is made to feel awkward regardless of ability. it is a family run gym and again, all the lads (and lorraine) are always on hand to help/advise/chat. my PTs with paul junior have been inval... read more
