Ineffective. They have come to my apartment 6 times for the same thing and not resolved. They leave remnants of steel wool all over the place (don't clean up their mess) and still the issue is not resolved. They were here a week ago and missed holes - again.

Tony was so great! He was very helpful and accommodating to our issue.
