Very compassionate staff that knows what they're doing
Everyone is nice but mental health is like an assembly line. Always has been. See a dr. for a few minutes every few months, can see a counselor who basically tells you what anyone on the street can tell you and the dr. writes your script. Now you have to go every so often for a "plan" which is basically a bunch of ridiculous questions and the plan is to take your medicine and call if you need to talk to anyone.
