Would never recommend them to anybody - only as a last resort. Aren't they held accountable by anyone in Erie County govt.? EIGHT phone calls to make one appt. at the clinic. Very unprofessional. Encountered many other problems, too. Very frustrating, especially when you're dealing with depression.

I work with a team of very compassionate and caring Staff. It has given me a different outlook on life as I know it and with great proudness I'm truly Blessed to be able to help anyone who struggles with Mental Health.
Valerie Chaney was my therapist at the former Meadville office. She is kind, soft spoken and easy to talk to and connect with. I always left feeling better than when I came in and because of my social anxiety I really never wanted to go out. But, NOw that the office has closed I have to find another provider in order to get my medication. It took at least a year for me to get comfortable with Valerie and after around 8 years with her I am crushed that I have to start all over again.
Yes they have helped me get on the right track
The therapist are understanding and out going. The Drs are nice and willing to work with you. The people at the front desk are very sweet and patient.
The staff genuinely cares and the services Stairways offered me has changed my outlook and my life.
My brother was in a mental crisis and they couldn’t help him. At least that’s what they told my mom who was trying to help him get help. They scheduled him an appt for December. He died of suicide just last month. Do something about your system. It’s not working.
