Second job for me here as a 17 year old chef a while ago in 97. Great place, busy services, three joint carvery. Slinging one star reviews on a closed venue isn’t the way to help that venue reopen people. Maybe give it some love, remind everyone how good it was and could be, and give prospective buyers an inkling into what could be. If I wasn’t already the owner of three restaurants outside of Melbourne, Australia, and still living in the uk, this would be my ideal gig.
