First time my other half had to come here today ... he saw Claire Williams, she was absolutely brilliant, even I learnt things about Asthma that I never knew. She was extremely thorough and explained everything to him. Also, she listened and answered all our questions, what a wonderful nurse, thank you Claire. Can I say a massive thank you to Tania too, another amazing and lovely nurse, who sorted him out with a new mask for his sleep apnea.
Great friendly helpful staff can be a bit hectic but what parts of the NHS aren’t these days lol and hard to call by phone for some reason, even through the switch board.
