I am writing as I have left 3 messages for Theresa Penry, Jonathan Nalli's assistant within the last 2 hours and NO call back. A close friend of mine is being DISMISSED from St V 86th street today - someone came in this morning and said you are leaving today! She and her family had made it known several times that they DID NOT WANT to be told the day she is to leave! 25 year old with pulmonary embolisms- made her walk herself out after only 3 days. Didn’t sign prescription, don’t have that doctor in their system, unclear on the dosages anyway so they won’t fill the script. Thanks for not caring if my daughter dies ... by the time you fix it it could be too late- yes I have called them and am intending to file a formal complaint. The Nurses were all fantastic though!
awesome start , they do know how take care of patients, i really recommend it
The staff is SUPER RUDE they act as if you’re getting on their nerves I wouldn’t suggest anyone to come here. I need to hurry up and get out of here before one of these JERKS make me catch a criminal case.
