Customer service is grumpy at best, and their card tap payment system isn't upto date.
I used to visit this charity shop a lot however since it’s been recently renovated I have found it to be unwelcoming. I always head straight to the children’s section with my baby and feel like I’m constantly watched by certain staff members through the staff area door. I left today with my daughter as I felt uncomfortable as the blonde female member of staff frequently kept giving me uninviting looks from behind this hatched door.
