Absolutely horrified by a member of staff who was extremely abrupt, belittling and rude to me. I understand these are volunteers, but surely there are checks in place to ensure people like this don't work in a position where they need to interact with the public. Such a shame.
Fantastic charity shop some great bargains! All for an excellent cause. Staff are friendly polite and really valued customer service!
Polit and helpful staff. But very pricey for second hand donated goods. ie £7.99 ladies trousers.
Well worth while cause - polite staff & always great for browse.
