St Modwen Homes are death traps. I am currently homeless after an electric shower started fire 🔥. Don’t waste your money
The communication and professionalism shown by St Modwen has been very poor. Once you have moved in, the customer service is some of the worst I have seen. I have been living in my apartment for nearly a year and still don't have working radiators! Seems to be endless back and forth but nothing gets done. Nice homes, poor customer service.
