RecommendedThe staff is so nice, helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to help me!
The St Mary's physicians group is under staffed. You can't get phone calls returned and important paperwork completed in a timely fashion, even if you follow all the required procedures completely. This problem is systemic not just at one office. You can't even get into the doctor's office to talk to someone face to face. Covid or not this is not the way to build customer relations.
RecommendedI had knee replacement surgery and I can’t explain how super great the staff was. I personally want to thank. Nurse Linda, and Nurse Cheryl and Nurse Bailee. These nurses showed 110% professionalisms. Thanks again.

Great job violating patients rights to have a advocate present. I will be reporting this violation. All patients have a right to have a advocate of their choice present. A veteran with a TBI definitely should not have that right taken away. I will be reporting this office for violating that right! You not only violated those rights but you cost my family a entire days pay!!! A patient with short term memory lost coming in for a appt with no one to help them or to remember the info is a waste of time and money!!!

RecommendedWonderful hospital! We delivered my daughter here and the staff on labor and delivery has went above and beyond for these first time parents. I have never been in a hospital where the staff is so nice and truly cares for their patients. I will never deliver anywhere else! Thank you St.Mary’s for the wonderful experience!
RecommendedI had Chiari Malformation decompression surgery on March 11,2020. Dr. Bryan Barnes performed my surgery and was outstanding! I was in NCCU afterwards and the staff was amazing! My nurse Jessica was so attentive. My night nurse was awesome also, I just don’t recall her name unfortunately. I would highly recommend St.Mary’s. I very proud to be a St.Mary’s patient and employee.
