be weary of the pre authorisation hold they put on your credit card. It has been 3 weeks since we stayed there and the hold is not removed. I have followed up with the hotel 5 times through emails and calls. First they blamed visa and that is not the case. Then on 2 occasions they said they have released the hold, now I see they added another hold a total of £350! Get your act together St Martin lane hotel! Our stay at St. Martin’s Lane in SoHo, London was fabulous! We really wanted a place in the heart of the bars & restaurants and this was ideal! We had the garden room, though a little dark when it’s cloudy outside, the room was spacious and housekeeping staff did turn down service for us every night! It was nice to come back to a clean room after a full day of walking! SIMO took care of us and helped with everything. I asked for a hair straightener and he even sourced that!
