My experience at SLEC was one of the worst experiences I've had in clinics. I've been to many clinics and worked in one, so I can compare. 1st, the registration/biometrics process was chaotic; they should have a monitor for queuing numbers so people know where they are in line. Given what they charge, they could've at least bought a monitor. The rad techs in the X-ray department were gossiping, laughing out loud, like they didn't go through a proper training. We had an exceptional transaction with our Visa Medical at the St. Luke’s Medical Center extension most especially Supervisor Mam Happy went above and beyond , ensuring we felt valued and as patient. every aspect was seamless.and most especially most convenient , a top - notch service experience. Firstly, this facility does not require a single star! They are conducting tests that are unnecessary and causing delays in people's immigration medical examinations. My mother, who is a senior citizen, was even asked by the doctor about her education status, etc. which we think is not an appropriate question to ask. We paid for the services at this hospital believing that it was better because it was a private hospital and would conduct a faster medical examination, but we have been waiting for the results for 2 months.
