I love the doctors and nurses that cared for me during my stay with the births of both of my children. They always made me feel comfortable. The food/cafeteria was terrible! Most of the time it took a good hour after ordering and your food was soggy by the time it got there. The one day I just ordered a smoothie, soda and some snacks for lunch. It took over an hour, my smoothly was warm, the ice melted in my soda and I had found a snack by the time it got to me. Breakfast was good but every morning my toast and bacon were su... read more

My procedure couldn't have gone any smoother. My check in was timely. My attending nurse Anita was very thorough, professional, yet kind. My anesthesiologist Dr. Munsey was very accommodating. And what can I say about Dr. Julie Gould. She is such a proficient physician yet she's very sympathetic to my needs. I can't thank the entire team for making this procedure run smoothly and as stress-free as it could be. Special thanks to Karen Balighan who is an exemplary nurse and wonderful friend.

We switched from Mercy and love St Lukes. My first visit made me feel like I was in pleasantville. Every staff member you meet, from housekeeping to the specialists, all treat you with the care of a dear family member. You will never get lost because the signage is spot on and if you are not a sign reader, a staff member is more than happy to get you to where you are going. I can't say enough about their efficiencies either. It's hard to balance personal care and efficiency, but the pull it off with finess.

Hospital stays are usually because of a bad situation and for me personally, can easily result in an overall negative experience. I can think of at least 4 other hospitals that are closer to my house than St. Luke's. I have stayed or visited each of those hospitals but still choose to have St. Luke's as my first choice for care. The staff at the hospital as well as my primary and orthopedic are fantastic. Although I wish I wasn't in this situation, I'm grateful to be here at St. Luke's.

St. Lukes is a phenomenal hospital. I received excellent care from everyone. The hospital is super clean and the staff is top notch. If only every hospital could be this great. I traveled here from Kentucky for surgery and I so glad I chose St. Luke's. I would recommend St. Luke's to anyone-5 star care all around.
