Worst oncology experience I've ever had. It took 8 hours for kemo treatment. Elevators are so slow it's ridiculous. We haven't had anything to eat, we are both hungry. This is so BAD. No one told us it would take 8 hours.....no one, not the doctor, not the nurses, not anyone.
The best hospital in St. Louis! Would recommend it to anyone!
The people were so nice and did everything they could to make me feel at home and comfortable
Took care of my girlfriend when she had a 5 day migraine and was puking with no food intake (and she's a type 1 diabetic) and sent home from the ER the same night. Had all 3 of my kids born there and last year had my gallbladder removed after having sever pains. Great staff, great surgeons, all friendly and knowledgable.
One of the absolute worst hospital experiences ever & we have been in many. I'm my moms guardian. She had a fall & broke her shoulder . Many of nurses rude & gave push back when care requested or questioned. First 2 days when I would come she would be sitting in stinky urine. Arm not in sling. Not taken out of bed to go to bathroom for 6+ hours at a time. Her needed medicine not administered & not communicated to me. This hospital has been amazing! Our son was born 8 weeks early. They set us up a place to stay in the hospital with him even after I was discharged so we could stay with him. They have been so informative and understanding. We both feel this hospital and the staff is the greatest blessing we have had through this whole experience.
