I love the labor and delivery but can't stand the emergency room ladies. Was there yesterday from 11am -3:30pm and it was horrible!!
My moms is in Surreys place and they have been treating her terribly. She fell out her bed and was left there for hours. I can go on on about the terrible nurses. Instead of taking my mom to the dining room to eat the nurse brought her a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner. Hopefully after the meeting my family had with the hospital today things will improved.
The staff is very friendly and do everything they can to make you comfortable. The hospital itself is very clean.
