I think the hospital itself is beautiful the employees were very helpful and dedicated. The organization and procedures were implemented with excellent. The volunteers did outstanding work always with a smile. The doctor kept my family informed every step of the way, there was at no time we wonder about anything. I know if I became ill this will be the place of my choice. I would like to thank everyone involved for their positive service to me and my family as a Black family.
I went in extremely scared. Everyone was so nice and took great care of me. But I have to give a call-out out to a few that were Absolutely Amazing Starting with Lauren. No matter what time it was she was always quick and with a gentle voice and smile. Nick who could tell we were nervous and made sure we knew I would be well taken care of. And proved it. There is no way that you adhere to your core values and the standards you've when you can't address internal issues and properly train your staff. I will never send my family there for care when I know you treat CERTAIN staff like crap
