I can't even begin to thank the wonderful people on the heart floor. My daughter was taken care of so well!!! N they truly had concern for me too. I felt at ease n knew my child was in good hands. Thank you all so much!!!
2nd time i have been at children's emergency room. 1st time they said my daughter had the stomach flu when i repeatedly told them she had a uti...of course it came back as that a week later. Today we have been here since 10:45pm for possible strep and high fever. She didnt receive any medicine until 1:30. Its now 2:40 am and we just now saw a doctor. The professionalism is not up to par and very rude when we say we want to leave as nothing is happening with the care of my daughter.
Wasn't a long wait, the doctor solve the problem thanks so much for helping my family

The staff here in 8W are terrific! They are more than willing to come help with even the smallest things, they are always happy and understand what you are going through. The family meetings in the morning allow you to learn what is new, and you can ask questions to all involved at one time. The Nurses are wonderful here!
They were excellent, very informative when we were asking questions.
We have had the best experience and care. All of the staff are so hospitable. The communication between staff and patient has been really good. The staff took care of my son and never made us feel like we we're a problem/burden. Kudos St. Louis Children's hospital!
My son spent 5 days here after an emergency surgery and his care was terrible! I have attempted to contact the administration in regards to this for 2 months and no one will return my calls or emails! If my children ever need care again it will not be from Children's....very disappointed!!!!!
